Shipping
We offer free UK delivery on all orders, and discounted international shipping to make our prints accessible to fans worldwide.
All orders are packed in-house with care and shipped via trusted delivery partners. You’ll find estimated dispatch times clearly listed on each product page — many of our designs are pre-order items to ensure quality and reduce waste.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Damaged Prints
We hand-pack every order to protect your print, but if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll happily replace it where damage occurred during shipping. Unfortunately, we can’t accept responsibility for any damage reported outside of this timeframe, as prints can be affected after unpacking.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If for any reason you’re not, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
Personalised or custom prints are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
Gift cards and digital downloads are also non-refundable.
Refunds (if approved)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please check with your bank or card provider, then contact us if needed.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges on prints that arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please email hello@thebeautifulframe.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked service for items over £40, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
