Pre-Orders
From time to time, The Beautiful Frame may offer products for pre-order.
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it becomes available for dispatch. Full payment is taken at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Estimated fulfilment and dispatch dates are displayed on the relevant product page. These dates are estimates only and may occasionally change due to factors outside our control, including production schedules, supplier delays, shipping delays, quality control checks, or unforeseen circumstances.
If a pre-order has not yet entered fulfilment, you may request cancellation by contacting us at leigh@thebeautifulframe.com.
Once a pre-order has entered fulfilment, been dispatched, or has been delivered, it will be treated as a standard order and our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
If there is a significant delay to a pre-order, customers will be notified and offered appropriate options in accordance with applicable consumer law.
