From years of rebuilding to an unbeaten, record-breaking return to the top.

This Rangers 2020/21 Scottish Premiership Champions print was created to honour one of the defining seasons in the club’s modern history — not simply as a record of results, but as a lasting tribute to what that campaign meant.

After a decade of waiting, rebuilding and carrying belief through difficult years, Steven Gerrard’s side delivered title 55 with a level of control that made the season feel different from the very beginning. Ibrox was empty for so much of it, but the emotion was anything but absent.

This artwork exists for the supporters who remember the tension, the release, the pride and the sense that something long overdue had finally been restored. It turns a season lived through screens, radio commentary, group chats and locked-down celebrations into something permanent — a piece of Rangers history made for the wall.

The Story

There are title wins that feel like success, and there are title wins that feel like release.

For Rangers supporters, 2020/21 was the latter.

The season began in a world that felt strange and distant. Pittodrie opened the campaign without the normal noise, Ibrox stood empty, and supporters followed from homes, phones and television screens instead of terraces. But even through all of that, something about this team felt certain.

Steven Gerrard had built a side with edge, discipline and belief. Allan McGregor still had the presence of a man who understood exactly what was at stake. Connor Goldson became a fixture at the heart of the defence. James Tavernier drove the side forward from right-back. Glen Kamara gave the midfield control. Ryan Kent carried danger. Alfredo Morelos gave the front line bite. Ianis Hagi, Kemar Roofe, Joe Aribo, Steven Davis and others all had their moments.

The Old Firm win at Ibrox in January felt like one of those days the season turned from hope into something more solid. Celtic had pressure, chances and possession, but McGregor stood tall, Nir Bitton saw red, and Callum McGregor’s own goal gave Rangers a 1–0 win that pushed the gap wider. It was not the prettiest win. It did not need to be. It was the kind of result champions find.

There were tighter days too. The sort of 1–0 wins that say as much about a team as the comfortable ones. Hibernian pushed them. Aberdeen were part of both the beginning and the ending. Celtic remained the shadow every Rangers fan understood, especially with ten in a row on the line. But week by week, the gap grew, the clean sheets stacked up, and title 55 moved from dream to inevitability.

When the title was confirmed in March, after Celtic failed to win at Dundee United, it arrived earlier than anyone outside Ibrox would have wanted to admit. The wait was over. The decade had turned. Rangers were champions of Scotland again.

Then came the final day. Aberdeen at Ibrox. A 4–0 win. The unbeaten league season complete. The trophy lifted. Red, white and blue everywhere. Not inside a packed stadium as it should have been, but still felt in every house, every street, every supporter who had carried the club through the years before it.

That is why 2020/21 is remembered. Not just because Rangers won the league. Because they reclaimed it unbeaten.
