In-Stock Items
Orders are typically delivered within 4–6 working days in the UK from the date of dispatch.
Pre-Orders
Many of our products are offered as pre-orders. The estimated fulfilment date will always be displayed on the product page.
Please note that delivery estimates begin from the stated fulfilment date, not from the date the order is placed.
For example, if fulfilment is scheduled to begin on 8 June and standard delivery is 4–6 working days, your order would typically arrive 4–6 working days after fulfilment begins.
Express Delivery
Orders placed with an express delivery service are prioritised for fulfilment and dispatch wherever possible.
Delivery Information
We work with trusted third-party delivery partners to deliver your order. While we do everything we can to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and peak periods.
Tracking information will be provided where available.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloads
- Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty or damaged)
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
Where a fault or fulfilment error is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
